Viña del Mar 1 Casa 5

Viña del Mar 1 is a complex of 5 identical houses with private, fully enclosed gardens in Zahora. The covered terrace is equipped with a pretty wooden set. A brick barbecue and sun loungers are available.

The fenced pool area is located in the centre of Viña del Mar 1 and includes a 12 by 5 metre community pool and a paddling pool for the children. The large sunbathing area with its permanently installed parasols offers plenty of space and shaded area for the resort’s guests. There are plenty of sun loungers there too. the covered and furnished barbecue area with brick double barbecue invites you to a communal barbecue party.

A private parking space is provided in the complex.

The houses each have a very nicely furnished living-dining room with 2 sofas and dining area with table and 6 chairs. The separate kitchen is very well equipped and complete with dishwasher and an oven. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower cubicle.

A warm-cold air conditioning system and the open fireplace in the living room ensure a pleasant indoor climate in all seasons.

Satellite TV and WIFI are installed.

Viña del Mar 1 is only about 5 minutes away from the sandy beach of Zahora. It is very child-friendly, as a lagoon forms there at low tide, where the little ones can splash around without danger. Various bars and restaurants can be found in the beach area.

Dogs are welcome. Fee in July and August 30€ and in the other seasons 15€ per stay.
