Villa Chibanias

Villa Chibanias is a dream house furnished with great attention to detail on a 2500 square metre plot with private swimming pool in a very quiet location about 4 kilometres from Conil town.

When you enter the house, you go directly to a beautiful patio furnished with benches, chairs and a table, from which all the rooms lead off. Immediately to the left is a large, semi-open living-dining room furnished with a brick sofa, comfortable wicker chairs and a large dining table.  It can be closed off to the patio via automatic shutters.

From there you enter another dining room and almost seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen. Right next door is the actual living room of the house, which is also a library. There are many books in many different languages, a flat screen TV with satellite TV and a stereo system.

The living room leads into the first bedroom with two twin beds (90 cm each). The bathroom is en suite with a shower bath.

The other two bedrooms, each with en suite shower room, are reached via the patio. One has a double bed (150 cm) and the second 2 single beds (90 cm each). Due to their location, they offer the possibility of being able to withdraw if necessary.

2 bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes and the third bedroom with double bed has a wardrobe.

Air conditioning is available in all rooms except the bathrooms, and there is an in-house Wi-Fi connection.

Outside the house, the large, well-kept garden with cactus beds between white gravel paths and a meadow as well as its various seating options beckons. The large pool area with its 10 x 5 metre fenced private pool and the adjoining brick barbecue corner complete this little holiday paradise.

One beach towel per person is provided.

Location: The house is located in Mayorazgo between Conil and El Colorado in the middle of a pine forest. If you are looking for peace and quiet even in the height of summer, this is the place for you. The surrounding beaches, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are only a few minutes away by car.
