Casa Rancapino is a cosy and comfortable holiday home with private swimming pool in a rural area in Roche Viejo between Conil and the fishing port. Conil town and the surrounding beaches are only a few minutes away by car.
The living-dining area is furnished with 2 sofas, dining table and chairs for 6 people. Satellite TV and a free Wi-Fi connection are available. For the cooler months, there is a closed fireplace equipped with a ventilation system and electric radiators.
The well-equipped kitchen is semi-open and accessible via the living-dining area.
The two bedrooms, one with a double bed (135cm) and the second with 2 single beds (90cm each), both have built-in wardrobes and share the bathroom. It has a bathtub and a separate shower cubicle.
The lushly planted garden includes the furnished veranda, another covered and furnished terrace next to the brick barbecue and the private 8 x 4 metre swimming pool, which is fenced and childproof.
