Casa Nicole

The 2000 square metre garden is a real dream. It is completely enclosed and the many palm trees and plants provide sufficient shaded areas even in summer. Around the 7x3m pool is a sun terrace and a beautiful outdoor shower. Sufficient sun loungers are available. There is a brick seating area in the immediate vicinity of the pool. The large, covered terrace area at the house is in the living room and kitchen area. It is furnished with high-quality and very comfortable wicker furniture. Various potted plants provide an even more pleasant flair. The barbecue area, equipped with a brick barbecue, wooden benches and table, is located at the end of the property.

The holiday home is very tastefully furnished and well equipped. All rooms have access to the terrace. The living area includes the living room with beautiful, comfortable sofas and open fireplace, the dining area with table and chairs for 6 people and large TV with satellite reception of all current German and a few English channels, as well as the open, modern and fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms have 160x200cm double beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Built-in wardrobes are available in all bedrooms. The two bathrooms have modern and barrier-free shower cabins.

Due to the very good insulation of the house, no air conditioning is necessary in Casa Nicole. Ceiling fans have been installed in the rooms just in case. There is underfloor heating for the cooler winter months.

Casa Nicole is located in Roche Viejo between Conil and the fishing port. If you are looking for peace and quiet even in the height of summer, this is the place for you. The large sandy beach of Cala del Aceite can be reached on foot in just 10-15 minutes. A few minutes walk from the house is a small supermarket as the nearest shopping option. The large supermarkets in Conil are only a few minutes away by car.

Dogs are welcome. There is a fee of 30€ per stay.
