Casa Montesoto

Casa Montesoto is the ideal holiday home for holidaymakers seeking seclusion. There are a few other houses in the immediate vicinity, but they are occupied by their owners. Accordingly, you don’t feel any tourism there.

The plot is 1000 square metres. The 70 square metre terrace at the entrance of the house, furnished with a brick sofa, 2 armchairs and a round table with 6 chairs, invites you to relax together. An orange tree on the terrace provides pleasant shade.

The private pool measures 4.60 x 2.5 metres and has a water depth of 1.30 metres. There are 4 sun loungers available. Adjacent to the pool area is the barbecue area with its brick barbecue including a double sink.

The living area of the house includes the living room with its comfortable chaise longue sofa and the open kitchen with fridge-freezer and washing machine, separated from the living room by a counter.

For the warmer days, air conditioning is installed in the living room above the entrance door.

There are 3 bedrooms in Casa Montesoto. One has a 160cm double bed, the second has a 135cm double bed and the third has two 90cm single beds. The two double bedrooms each have a wardrobe and have ceiling fans. There is a stand fan for the bedroom with the two single beds.

The shower room is equipped with a brick shower and a double washbasin.

Location: Casa Montesoto is very close to Montenmedio. The Sunshine Tour (world famous equestrian events) takes place there for 5 weeks every year between February and March.

The distance to Vejer de la Frontera is 11 kilometres and Conil de la Frontera, El Palmar and Zahora de los Atunes with their beautiful beaches are 23 kilometres away.
