Casa Maria Luisa

The property is divided into 2 areas. The front area consists of the driveway and a generous lawn. Large palm trees, many plants and flowers create a very pleasant ambience and provide sufficient shaded areas. The back of the property is a spacious terrace, beautifully furnished with 2 sets of wooden furniture. Sun loungers are of course available. An external staircase leads to the private roof terrace with magnificent sea view

There is sufficient parking space available on the property.

Through the front door of the house you enter directly into the large living-dining room. It has recently been equipped with new and very comfortable furniture. From the living room, you have almost seamless access to the sun-flooded conservatory, which offers a very pleasant indoor climate even in the colder seasons. It is also one of the two entrances to the terrace. A hallway is the access to the kitchen with patio door, to the two bedrooms (one with double bed and the second with 2 single beds put together) and to the shower bathroom. Casa Maria Luisa is very friendly and comfortably furnished.

The house is equipped with satellite TV to receive the most popular German and some English channels.

Double-glazed windows and the good insulation of the house keep the indoor temperatures at a comfortable level in summer. For heating, there is a mobile gas stove and a pellet stove in the living room, as well as electric radiators for the bedroom and bathroom.

An in-house WIFI connection is available to you.

The holiday home is located directly in the villa settlement Fuente del Gallo near Conil, only a stone’s throw away from the sandy bay of Fuente del Gallo. At low tide, you can reach the long and wide sandy beaches of Conil from there. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a small supermarket for the essentials and an excellent restaurant with very good value for money .

Dogs are welcome: There is a charge of 30€ per stay.
