Casa Granado

Casa Granado is located in the car-free zone Huerta de los Frailes in the old town area of Conil in the middle of small and typical Andalusian alleys. The old town centre is a 3-minute walk away and the beautiful sandy beach of Los Bateles is less than a 10-minute walk away.

The flat is divided into 2 floors of a building with a total of 4 flats. You could say that Casa Granado is 2 flats. On the first floor is the main flat with a relatively small living room with sofa and armchair, the fully equipped and generously proportioned eat-in kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (150cm) and a shower room. An air-conditioning system is installed in the hallway to ensure pleasant room temperatures all year round.

Access to the second bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm each), the second shower room and the private roof terrace on the second floor is not via the main flat but via the staircase of the building. From the private roof terrace, furnished and equipped with shade pergola, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view. 2 sun loungers are also part of the inventory.

An in-house WIFI connection via fibre optic technology is available free of charge.

Parking is a basic problem in the old town but we are happy to help our guests find it.
