Casa Flor

Casa Flor is a typical town house located in the old town area of Conil.

The distance  to the dreamlike sandy beach Playa de los Bateles is about 10 minutes on foot and a large supermarket, restaurants, bars as well as the Coniler market hall are reached in 5 minutes.

The house extends over 3 floors.

On the ground floor there is the living room with comfortable corner sofa, the dining area, the kitchen and a bathroom with shower bath.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms each with 135cm double beds and the second bathroom with a shower bath.

On the second floor, a passage room leads to the private 25 sqm terrace with views over the roofs of Conil to El Palmar. From the terrace you enter the third bedroom with a 90cm single bed.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there are electric radiators for the cooler winter months.

WIFI via fibre optic technology is also part of the Casa Flor inventory.

Parking is a problem in Conil, especially in the summer months from June to September inclusive, but we can help you find a parking space.
