Apartamento Atalaya

Apartamento Atalaya is a recently completely renovated ground floor flat in the Atalaya housing estate.

It has a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning and enough space for up to 4 people. The very well equipped kitchen is separated from the living area by a counter.

From the living room you can access the spacious terrace with afternoon sun and a really beautiful sea view. It is furnished with a table and chairs for 4 people and 2 sun loungers.

There are 2 bedrooms. One has a 160×200 cm double bed and the second has two 90×200 cm single beds that can be comfortably put together. Both bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes.

The modern shower room is located between the two bedrooms and is accessible via a hallway.

Our guests have access to a free internet connection via fibre optic technology, which can be used to receive all the usual German TV channels as well as a few English and French channels in addition to Spanish TV.

The Atalaya is located about a 10-minute walk from the old town of Conils and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Playa Fontanilla.

Parking is conveniently available on the street. Only in high season can it take a while to find a parking space.

Apartamento Atalaya is a non-smoking flat. Smoking is of course permitted on the terrace.
