Casa Rubio

Casa Rubio means living in the countryside far away from mass tourism.

The property measures 600 square metres and includes the front area with its parking for several vehicles, the entrance area of the house as well as the rear with its enclosed garden, a covered and furnished terrace and the fenced private 7 x 4 swimming pool. A brick barbecue is available for the guests.

The kitchen is better than average equipped and is separated from the dining area by a counter.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (135 cm) and its own dressing room. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90 cm each). The double bedroom has direct access to the terrace.

The beautiful main bathroom with brick shower cubicle is located between the two bedrooms.

The living room, also with access to the terrace or garden, has a comfortable Chirlon sofa, 2 comfortable armchairs and a 40 inch flat screen TV. An open fireplace provides cosy warmth in the colder seasons. From the living area, a spiral staircase leads to a studio with a 135 cm sofa bed and a second shower room. A door leads to the private roof terrace, from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the surroundings.

The living room and dining room are equipped with hot-cold air conditioning.

The location is extremely quiet. There are a few other houses in the immediate vicinity, but they are occupied by their owners. Accordingly, there is no sign of tourism in Casa Rubio.

The long and beautiful sandy beaches of La Barrosa and the Urbanización Roche are only a few minutes away by car. The nearest major shopping facility is in El Colorado about 3 kilometres away.
