Casa Simona

Casa Simona is a very nice and modern flat on a second floor with access to a communal pool in a new housing area in Conil.

The owners spend the winter and spring there themselves and accordingly the flat is equipped above average.

The living-dining room has a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and a dining table with chairs for 5 people. On a clear day, the living room offers a beautiful view over the countryside all the way to Medina Sidonia.

The highlight is the private 67 square metre terrace. A large table with 6 chairs and a corner sofa are part of your equipment. There are 2 retractable sun awnings installed so that you can create your own shaded area. In addition, there is a mobile sunshade.

The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, small electric oven and ceramic hob.

There are 3 bedrooms in the flat. The master bedroom has a double bed (140 cm), the second has 2 single beds (90 cm each) and the third slightly smaller bedroom has a single bed (90 cm) and a desk with chair. Accordingly, it can be used as a workroom at the same time. There are built-in wardrobes in the two larger bedrooms and roller shutters are installed in all rooms for darkening.

The two bathrooms are located in the area of the bedrooms. One has a shower bath and bidet, the second has a shower cubicle.

Air conditioning is installed for all rooms and a WIFI connection via fibre optic technology is available free of charge.

The beach distance is about 1.4 kilometres and the beach is a 20-minute walk away. It takes 5 minutes by car. The town centre can be reached on foot in 10 – 15 minutes.
