Hermanos Ramírez

Hermanos Ramírez is a cosy and comfortable holiday home with private swimming pool on a 500 square metre plot in a rural area in Roche Viejo between Conil and the fishing port. Conil town and the surrounding beaches are only a few minutes away by car.

The outdoor area includes the long driveway with a covered parking space, the covered terrace with table and chairs for 6 people and the fenced 8×4 metre private swimming pool with outdoor shower. 4 comfortable sun loungers are available for the tenants and the brick barbecue invites to relaxed barbecue evenings.

The front door leads directly into the large living-dining room with 2 comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and a small music system. An open fireplace is built in for the colder days. The large dining table with its chairs can seat up to 10 people. The well-equipped kitchen is open and separated from the dining area by a counter with 2 bar stools. In addition to the refrigerator with its freezer compartment, there is another big freezer. For reasons of space, there is no dishwasher installed. Otherwise, everything up to and including the electric oven is available.

The 3 bedrooms all have large built-in wardrobes. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90cm) each and one bedroom with a double bed (135cm). The bathroom is equipped with a brick shower cabin.

The location of the house in the countryside is extremely quiet. Apart from a few houses in the neighbourhood, all you see are open fields. The nearest beach, Cala del Aceite, is 2.5 kilometres from the house and Conil town with its large supermarkets and countless bars and restaurants can be reached by car in about 8 minutes (4.5 kilometres).
