Santa Bárbara Clotilde y Juan means living almost directly on the main beach of Conil.

The very well maintained flat is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a dining area. From there you can access the furnished terrace with sun awning from where you can enjoy a fantastic sea view.

The kitchen is very well equipped and also from there you have a beautiful view all the way to the sea.

There is one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a second with 2 single beds (90cm each). Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

The modern bathroom has a ground-level shower.

Ceiling fans are installed in all rooms and a free Wi-Fi connection via fibre optic technology and satellite TV are available.

For the cooler winter months, there is a mobile electric heater for the living room, a radiant heater in the bathroom and a fan heater to warm up the bedrooms if needed.

You don’t have to worry about a parking space either. An underground parking space is included in the rent.

The flat is located directly on the beach promenade of Conil. Smaller and larger supermarkets are within 5-10 minutes walking distance and the old town with its countless restaurants and bars can be reached in 5 minutes.
