Campo de Dani

Campo de Dani has an exceptionally beautiful and completely enclosed garden with almost incomparable vegetation. It is 1500 square metres in size and an absolute tip for nature lovers. 

In addition to the many flowering plants, there are a large number of fruit trees such as blackberries, grapefruit, figs, dispensers, quinces, mandarins, lemons and pear trees on the property. 

At the end of the garden is the 9 x 4.5 m swimming pool. It is surrounded by a lawn with plenty of sun loungers. A large covered terrace at the entrance of the house is furnished with a large table and chairs. A brick barbecue is available.

There is parking for several cars on the property.

The large living-dining room is furnished with a new and very comfortable corner sofa. There is room for 8 people in the dining area. The kitchen is separated from the living area by a counter with bar stools. It has a dishwasher, an electric oven and a gas hob. A hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom with double bed has its own shower room. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, share the second shower bathroom. 

The good insulation of the house ensures that pleasant temperatures prevail in the house all year round and therefore no air conditioning is necessary. If it does get a little chilly, an open fireplace in the living room provides cosy warmth. 

Campo de Dani has a wifi connection via fibre optics, which is provided free of charge.

The house is located in Mayorazgo between Conil and El Colorado in the middle of a pine forest. If you are looking for peace and quiet even in the height of summer, this is the place for you. The surrounding beaches, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are only a few minutes away by car.
