The garden alone is a dream. It is very well maintained, surrounded by many flowering plants and palm trees and not visible. In the entrance area there is a large, very nicely furnished and covered terrace, which is also accessible from the kitchen. Adjacent to the living-dining room is the garden with another furnished terrace, which is also the barbecue area. From there, an external staircase leads to the private roof terrace from where you have a very beautiful view over the area 

The 10 x 5 m swimming pool is surrounded by a lawn. Sufficient sun loungers are available. It is shared with the residents of the Casita Palmyra flat. 

A covered parking space is on the property.  

Puntalejo borders the Fuente del Gallo villa development. The sandy beach of Cala del Puntalejo is only about 250 metres from the house. It is surrounded by a cliff and therefore very sheltered from the sometimes strong easterly wind (Levante). The more extensive beaches in Fuente del Gallo, Conil or Roche can be reached quickly by car.
