The beautiful garden has palm trees, many plants as well as cypresses and shrubs along the property wall and opaque fences. Absolute privacy is guaranteed The large, covered and furnished main terrace overlooking the 8 x 4 metre pool with shallow step entry and the garden is located at the rear of the house. The second terrace, furnished with sofa, 2 armchairs, table and chairs, has awnings so that there are sufficient shaded areas there too. It can be reached via external doors and from the kitchen. 6 sun loungers and a mobile barbecue are available.

The living-dining room is furnished with 2 sofas and a dining table with chairs for 6 people. Via the Smart TV or satellite receiver, you can receive all standard German channels and some English channels. The living area leads onto the main terrace. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher. The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with 180cm double bed has its own shower bathroom. The second shower room is shared by the other two bedrooms. They each have 2 single beds that can easily be put together.

Due to the good building fabric and insulation of the house, air conditioning is not necessary. A large fan is available just in case.

Villa Alondra is located in the Roche Residencial villa development about a 10-minute walk from the long sandy beach of Roche. The location is pleasantly quiet even in the height of summer. In the settlement there is a well-known restaurant with a fantastic sea view, which is open all year round, and a community centre with a small supermarket. You will find the big supermarkets in El Colorado, 5 kilometres away, or in Conil (12 kilometres). Tennis courts are available. The fishing harbour with its 3 highly recommended restaurants is only a few minutes away by car.
