Villa Perdiz

The plot of Villa Perdiz is 1000 square metres and includes a front area with parking for 2 cars and a covered veranda with stone table and seating. The back is the very well-kept, pine-grown and completely enclosed garden. It offers many shaded areas for the warmer summer months. The private swimming pool is 8 x 4 metres. Sufficient sun loungers and a brick barbecue are available. For outdoor dining, there is a covered terrace furnished with a large table and chairs for 8 people. An outdoor shower, adjacent to a room where the washing machine is located, is also part of the villa’s inventory.

The house is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor is the spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofas and the dining area. Satellite TV for the reception of non-Spanish channels is available. An open fireplace was installed for the cooler seasons. The large kitchen is very well and fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. 3 bedrooms each with 2 single beds share a bathroom with bathtub shower. On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed and its own bathroom “en suite”.

Internet/WLAN: A WIFI connection is installed.  

Villa Perdiz is located in the Roche Residencial villa development about 400 metres from the long sandy beach of Roche. The location is pleasantly quiet even in the height of summer. In the settlement there is a well-known restaurant with a fantastic sea view, which is open all year round, and a community centre with a small supermarket. You will find the big supermarkets in El Colorado, 5 kilometres away, or in Conil (12 kilometres). Tennis courts are available. The fishing harbour with its 3 highly recommended restaurants is only a few minutes away by car.
