Casa Leyre

Casa Leyre is a very modern and tastefully decorated terraced house in Conil, completed in 2020.

On the ground floor is the spacious living-dining area with an extremely comfortable sofa and dining table for 6 people, a modern, open-plan kitchen with all modern conveniences, a shower bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed (150cm).

From the living area you have access to 2 furnished terraces. The terrace at the back of the house includes the pool area. The swimming pool is 4 x 3 metres. It can be fenced off as needed for the safety of the children. A motorised sun awning allows you to divide up your shaded areas as required.

On the first floor are the 2 further bedrooms and a second shower bathroom. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed (180cm) and the second has 2 single beds (90cm each). All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

From a balcony, a spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace from where you can enjoy a dreamlike view over the surroundings to the sea.

The house is equipped with a hot/cold air-conditioning system that ensures pleasant room temperatures all year round.

Satellite TV and a WIFI connection are also part of the equipment.

Location: Casa Leyre is located in a new development area in Conil. The long sandy beach of La Fontanilla is only a few minutes walk away and the town centre is about 10 minutes walk away. A large supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.
