Casa Verona has a total area of 1300 square metres. The outdoor area of the house alone is a true dream. The spacious front area is tiled and contains the 10 x 5 metre swimming pool with its 6 sun loungers, a highly modern brick barbecue and a WC with toilet and washbasin. There are two covered and furnished terraces available. A terrace has comfortable wicker chairs for 8 people and a large glass table. The second terrace is an open conservatory with a sofa for 6 people and 2 comfortable, cushioned stools. The rear of the property is lawn. Various pine trees provide sufficient shade for the warmer summer months. A clothesline is installed there.

Parking is convenient with several cars on the property.

The entrance area is also the access to the open, modern kitchen, well equipped with dishwasher and electric oven, as well as to the living-dining room. In the living room there is a new corner sofa and a large flat screen TV with terrestrial Spanish TV and satellite TV for the foreign channels. The dining area, equipped with table and chairs for 8 people, has a direct view of the swimming pool.

A hallway leads to the 5 bedrooms and the 2 modern shower bathrooms. 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds (90cm). A third bedroom has 1 single bed (90cm). The master bedroom has a double bed (150cm) and the fifth bedroom has 3 single beds (90cm each). There are wardrobes in 4 bedrooms.

Air conditioning is installed in the living room and in 2 bedrooms.

A fast WIFI connection via fibre optics is also available.

Location: Mayorazgo is located between Conil and El Colorado. It is a very quiet area even in high summer, situated in the middle of a pine forest. Conil town with its various, large supermarkets and the fantastic sandy beaches of the surrounding area are only a few minutes away by car.
