La Capitana

La Capitana is a very cosy and very quietly situated holiday home for 4 people with a private swimming pool on a park-like 4500 square metre plot with a beautiful garden in Mayorazgo near Conil de la Frontera.

It is 3.5 kilometres from the beautiful beaches in the area and Conil.

The spacious living/dining room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a dining table for 4 people. An open fireplace provides cosy warmth during the cooler months of the year.

The well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine is located between the entrance area of the house and the living/dining room.

The house has 2 bedrooms. One has a double bed (150cm) and the second has 2 single beds (90cm each). Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

The shower room with shower cubicle and double washbasin and the toilet are spatially separated from each other.

WIFI is also part of the facilities at La Capitana.

Our guests will find a brick barbecue on the 32 square metre terrace with a view of the garden and the 8 x 4 metre pool.

There is parking space for several cars on the property.

Central heating is installed for the winter months.
